This project is the winner of a commendation plaque from the Management and Planning Organization of West Azerbaijan Province in 2003. There is a welfare-residential complex with private villas and a 300-room hotel that includes recreational-sports spaces. The main idea of forming this complex is to combine the lines of the land environment with the sea waves.
